Francisco Robles Ortega (born 2 March 1949) is a Mexican Cardinal of the Catholic Church having been elevated to the cardinalate in 2007. He currently serves as Archbishop of Guadalajara. Cardinal Robles had previously served as archbishop of Monterrey from 2003 to 2011.
