Francis Pierre Horton Perrin (born 10 October 1947 Versailles France) is a French actor scriptwriter and film director.He was taken on by the Comédie-Française in 1972 for whom his roles included Les Fourberies de Scapin by Molière. He headed the Théâtre Montansier in his birthplace from 1992 to 2000. In April 2007 he was made an Officier de la Légion d’honneur.Francis Perrin is not to be confused with the recurring character of Francis Veber François Perrin / François Pignon.
