Francisco De Nittis (July 3 1933 – March 10 2014) was a Roman Catholic archbishop and diplomat.Born in Vieste Italy De Nittis was ordained a priest in 1956. In 1981 he was named titular archbishop of Tunes and then apostolic nuncio to Papua New Guinea and apostolic delegate to the Solomon Islands. De Nittis was then appointed apostolic nuncio to El Salvador and Honduras in 1986.
