The Focke-Wulf Volksjäger meaning People’s Fighter in German was a German rocket-powered emergency fighter project for the Luftwaffe. It was designed by the Focke-Wulf industries towards the end of World War II as part of the defense effort against the devastating allied bombing raids.Focke-Wulf presented two Volksjäger projects to the Luftwaffe in early 1945. This rocket-powered design corresponds to project number two. Neither of them was given an RLM aircraft designation.
