Floro Eleuterio Bogado (born February 20 1939) is an Argentine Justicialist Party politician lawyer and diplomat. He has served as Vice-Governor of Formosa Province under Gildo Insfrán since 1995 and was Governor from 1983 to 1987 as well as a national legislator.Bogado was born in Formosa Argentina and educated in Formosa and in San Lorenzo Santa Fe. He studied law at the University of Buenos Aires and the National University of the Littoral.
