Florida Hospital Lake Placid located just north of Lake Placid Florida serves southern Highlands County Florida. It is on the west side of U.S. Highway 27; its street address is: 1210 US 27 North Lake Placid Florida 33852. All Florida Hospital locations are part of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Lake Placid Health Care Center is just west of the hospital and hospital property is bordered on the southwest by the Tomoka Heights retirement residential community.
