The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University (Chinese: 新疆医科大学第一附属医院) is a teaching hospital in the western border of area of Urumqi Xinjiang China affiliated with Xinjiang Medical University. Founded in 1956 together with the university the hospital is a college of clinical medicine affiliated with XMU.
