Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (Chinese: 財經事務及庫務局; Jyutping: coi2 ging1 si6 mou6 kap6 fu3 mou6 guk6) or FSTB is a part of the twelve policy bureaux for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. They are responsible for developing and executing government policy on finance and treasury. The agency is establish on 1 July 2002. The current head of the department is Ceajer Chan and the under secretary is Julia Leung.
