Fahim Hashimy (born on 01 January 1980) is a Afghan businessman and entrepreneur and is the second and current elected President of the Afghanistan Olympic Committee. The 33-year-old has served as acting vice-president for the last month and replaced Mohammad Zaher Aghbar who stood down four months ago after heading a body which had less autonomy and was under the auspices of the National Sport Directorate.
