Fabio Ochoa Vásquez (born May 2 1957) was a ranking member of the notorious Medellín Cartel which was one of the top Colombian cocaine trafficking groups. The youngest of the three Ochoa brothers he lived in Miami Florida during the 1970s. He was allegedly involved in the February 19 1986 murder of Barry Seal who was a former pilot for the Medellin cartel before he agreed to become an informant for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
