F. A. Pappy Little Jr. (born 1936) is a retired United States federal judge.Born in Minneapolis Minnesota Little in 1958 received a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. In 1961 he obtained Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School. From 1961 to 1965 he was in private practice in New Orleans.
