Félix Malloum or Félix Malloum Ngakoutou Bey-Ndi (September 10 1932 – June 12 2009) was a Chadian politician from the south. He served as an officer in the Chadian Military and as a member of the ruling Chadian Progressive Party (PPT). He later became the Chief of Staff with the rank of colonel. He was imprisoned by President François Tombalbaye but was released after a successful coup-d’etat on April 13 1975.
