Evan Oliphant (born 8 January 1982) is a Scottish bike rider from Wick in Caithness riding for Team Raleigh having spent the previous three seasons with Endura Racing.Oliphant represented Scotland on the track and in the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne on the road.
