Eva Birnerová (born 14 August 1984 in Duchcov) is a professional Czech tennis player.Birnerová has won three doubles titles on the WTA tour as well as eight singles and 11 doubles titles on the ITF circuit in her career. On 29 January 2007 she reached her best singles ranking of world number 59. On 21 May 2012 she peaked at world number 52 in the doubles rankings.Playing for the Czech Republic at the Fed Cup Birnerová has a win–loss record of 0–2.
