Eustathius or Eustace of Mtskheta (Evstat’i Mtskhet’eli; Georgian: ევსტათი მცხეთელი) (died c. 550) is an Orthodox Christian saint executed for his apostasy from Zoroastrianism by the Persian military authorities in Georgia.
