Eugene Perelshteyn (born 1980) is a chess grandmaster and author. He earned the International Master title in 2001 and the Grandmaster title in 2006. He won the U.S. Junior Closed Championship in 2000. He was also the winner of the tournament The Spice Cup in 2007.
