Michael Hutter (born March 18 1983) is an American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) under the ring name Ethan Carter III sometimes shortened to EC3. He also works on the independent circuit under his real name.He was previously known for his time in WWE where he appeared under the ring name Derrick Bateman. Hutter began his professional wrestling career in 2002 and worked for several promotions beginning in October 2006.
