Ern Henfry (24 July 1921 – 13 January 2007) was an Australian rules footballer in the Victorian Football League (VFL). After playing three seasons for Perth Football Club in the WAFL from 1939 to 1941 and finishing second to Haydn Bunton in the Sandover Medal in 1941 he joined the RAAF. While based in Victoria for the RAAF in 1944 he played two games for Carlton. With the war ended and Henfry transferred to Victoria Carlton requested a clearance from Perth to enable him to play for them.
