Epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma abbreviated EMCa is a rare malignant tumour that typically arises in a salivary gland and consists of both an epithelial and myoepithelial component. They are predominantly found in the parotid glandand represent approximately 1% of salivary gland tumours.
