Emmanuel de Blommaert de Soye (15 October 1875 – 12 April 1944) was a Belgian horse rider who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics and in the 1920 Summer Olympics.He was born in Blicquy Leuze-en-Hainaut and died in Mazy Gembloux.In 1912 he and his horse Clomore won the bronze medal in the individual jumping competition. As a member of the Belgian team they also finished sixth in the team jumping event. In the individual dressage competition they finished 21st.
