José Emmanuel Crescimbeni Barrantes (born June 25 1990 in Gaithersburg Maryland) is an American swimmer of Peruvian origin who specialized in butterfly events. He is a single-time Olympian (2008) and currently holds Peruvian records in the 100 and 200 m butterfly.
