Elizabeth Claire Carty is a beauty queen from High Point North Carolina who has competed in the Miss Teen USA 2004 and Miss United States Teen 2005 beauty pageants.Carty won the Miss North Carolina Teen USA pageant in late 2003 and represented North Carolina in the nationally televised pageant held in Palm Springs California in August 2004.
