Elia Favilli (born 31 January 1989) is an Italian professional road bicycle racer who rides for UCI World Tour team Lampre-Merida. He rode for UCI Professional Continental Team Neri Sottoli in 2011 and 2012.Born in Cecina Tuscany Favilli has competed as a professional since 2011 joining for the Farnese Vini-Neri Sottoli team.
