Dr. Elenita Sombillo-Binay (born in Angat Bulacan) nicknamed as Ellen is the former mayor of Makati City serving from 1998 to 2001 and the current Second Lady of the Philippines for being the wife of Vice President Jejomar Binay. They have several children two of whom are casting their lots into the political ring. She is the mother of Makati City Mayor Jejomar Junjun Binay Jr. and 2nd District of Makati Representative Mar-len Abigail Abby Binay.
