Egyptians (Egyptian Arabic: مَصريين IPA: [mɑsˤɾejˈjiːn]; Arabic: مِصريّون‎ Miṣriyyūn ) are the inhabitants and citizens of Egypt sharing a common culture and Egyptian Arabic language.Egyptians emigrated from Egypt was rare until Nasser came to power after overthrowing the monarchy. In the 1980s many emigrated mainly to Iraq Kuwait Qatar the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia to work this happened under different circumstances but mainly for economic reasons.
