Edward Raymond Neaher (May 2 1912 in Brooklyn NY – April 19 1994 in Chevy Chase MD) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Neaher received an A.B. from the University of Notre Dame in 1937 and an LL.B. from Fordham University School of Law in 1943. He was United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York from 1969 to 1971.He was nominated to the court by Richard M. Nixon on June 14 1971 to a seat vacated by Joseph C.
