The Rt Rev William Edward Meade DD MA (24 February 1832 – 12 October 1912) was the 6th Bishop of Cork Cloyne and Ross. Educated at Trinity College Dublin he was ordained in 1856. He was Rector of Ardtrea and then Archdeacon of Armagh before his elevation to the Episcopate.
