Edward Lambe Parsons (May 18 1868-January 16 1915) was the third bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of California. He received his B.A. from Yale College in 1889. He was ordained to the diaconate in 1894 and to the priesthood in 1895. Parsons served as bishop coadjutor of the Diocese of California from 1919 to 1924 and as diocesan bishop from 1924-1940.He was a member of the University Club of San Francisco. He married Bertha de Forest Brush on May 18 1897 and had four children.
