Eduardo Augusto Doryan Garrón (born 30 October 1951 in San José Costa Rica) was Executive President of the Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE) for the period 2010-2011. Until April 2010 he was the Executive Presidente of the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS Costa Rican Social Security Fund). He assumed the role on May 2006 following the second election of president Oscar Arias.
