The Edmund Orgill Trophy is awarded to the winner of the annual football game between Rhodes College and the Sewanee: The University of the South. The rivalry between Rhodes and Sewanee is the longest continuously running rivalry in college football in the Southern United States. The game has been played every year since its inception in 1899. The trophy was not added to the series until 1954. Rhodes currently leads the trophy series 30-27-1 while Sewanee leads the overall series.
