Edgar Peña Parra (born 3 March 1960) is a Venezuelan Roman Catholic archbishop.Edgar Parra received his religious training at the seminary in Maracaibo and was ordained as a Catholic priest in Maracaibo Venezuela on 23 August 1985. He was nominated priest by the archbishop Domingo Roa Pérez.
