Earl Dewitt Hutto (born May 12 1926) is an American politician. He is a former U.S. Representative from Florida.Born in Midland City Alabama Hutto attended Dale County public schools and received a Bachelor of Science from Troy State University in 1949. He did graduate work in broadcasting at Northwestern University in 1951 and served in the United States Navy from 1944 to 1946.
