Durham County Cricket Club is one of the 18 First class County clubs which make up the English and Welsh national cricket structure representing historic county of Durham. Its limited overs team is called the Durham Jets. Their kit colours are red with black trim and the shirt sponsor was Northern Rock until its nationalisation in 2008. Durham is now sponsored by several companies including Emirates.
