The Dunas State Park Journalist Luiz Maria Alves (Portuguese: Parque Estadual das Dunas de Natal Jornalista Luiz Maria Alves) is a considered the second largest urban park in Brazil. The park is best known simply as Parque das Dunas (Dunes Park) or Bosque dos Namorados (Valentine’s Woods) is a reserve of 1172 hectares of Atlantic Forest and dunes in the heart of the city of Natal capital of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Norte.
