Donald Arthur David Reeve (1923-1994) was a British civil engineer.Reeve was born in 1923 in Long Buckby Northamptonshire. He became Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive of the Severn Trent Water Authority by 1985 when he was made a Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the Queen’s Birthday Honours. Reeve was elected president of the Institution of Civil Engineers for the November 1985 to November 1986 session.
