Donald Edward Lane (June 10 1909 – May 30 1979) was a judge of the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals.Lane earned a B.S. from Yale University in 1927 and then attended George Washington University Law School. He was in private practice in Washington D.C. from 1935 to 1941 and from 1945 to 1954 the gap arising from his service as a U.S. Naval Reserve Commander in World War II.
