Domenico Schiattarella (born November 17 1967 in Milan) known as Mimmo is a former racing driver from Italy. He participated in 7 Formula One Grands Prix for Simtek debuting on October 16 1994 and finishing when the team folded the next year. He scored no championship points with a best finish of 9th in the 1995 Argentine Grand Prix. He has also participated in several CART races Le Mans Series and American Le Mans Series events.
