Domenico Brandi (1683–1736) was an Italian painter active in his native Naples where he painted still lifes of birds and animals as well as pastoral landscapes (vedute). He was painter to the Viceroy of Naples and died in the latter city.Some of his works today are in several museums and galleries including the Harrach Gallery in Vienna the Borghese Gallery in Rome the National Gallery of Naples Dragonetti-Cappeli at Aquila the National Gallery Prague and at Bordeaux.
