Doege–Potter syndrome (DPS) is a paraneoplastic syndrome in which hypoglycemia is associated with the presence of one or more non-islet fibrous tumors in the pleural cavity. The hypoglycemia is the result of the tumors producing insulin-like growth factor 2.
