The Diocese of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic formerly known as the New York and Philadelphia Synod was a founding jurisdiction of the Reformed Episcopal Church in 1873 and more recently a founding Diocese of the Anglican Church in North America (2009). It comprises 32 parishes 30 of them in five American states Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York and Pennsylvania and one in the Canadian province of Ontario. The headquarters are located in Blue Bell Pennsylvania.
