In Greek mythology Dindymon (Ancient Greek: Δίνδυμον) was a mountain in eastern Phrygia (today’s Murat Dağı of Gediz) later part of Galatia that was later called Agdistis sacred to the mountain mother Cybele whom the Hellenes knew as Rhea.
