Diego José Tobón Echeverri (born 26 October 1944) is a Colombian lawyer and diplomat. He served as Ambassador of Colombia to Russia. He presented his Letters of Credence to President of Russia Vladimir Putin on 27 July 2007 and to President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on 12 December 2007.
