Delfim Moreira da Costa Ribeiro (Portuguese: [dewˈfim moˈrejrɐ da ˈkɔstɐ riˈbejru]; 7 November 1868 – 1 July 1920) was a Brazilian politician. He was born in Minas Gerais state and was elected vice-president in 1918. He assumed the presidency on November 15 1918 due to the illness and death of former (1902–1906) and now President-Elect Rodrigues Alves. However Moreira suffered from psychological problems and left his duties to the ministers.
