David Wilbourne (born 1955) is a bishop in the Church in Wales. The son of a priest he has spent the majority of his ministry in Yorkshire. He was appointed the Assistant Bishop of Llandaff in 2009 working alongside the Archbishop of Wales in Cardiff and surrounding areas.
