David Tua (born 21 November 1972) is a former professional heavyweight boxer who fought out of South Auckland New Zealand. Tua is a former world heavyweight title challenger and is known for his punching power. His greatest asset was his left hook which accounted for many of his knockouts. Tua fought for 21 years and recorded 59 bouts in total from 1992 to 2013.
