David L. Gilmore is a former judge of the Courts of Common Pleas in Washington County Pennsylvania.He was born on October 28 1944 in Washington Pennsylvania. He attended Trinity High School where he was in student government and a member of the wrestling team. He attended California University of Pennsylvania where he was also in student government.
