David John Conner KCVO (born 6 April 1947) is Dean of Windsor (since 1998) and former Bishop to the Forces (2001–2009).As Dean of Windsor Conner also holds the post of Registrar of the Order of the Garter and is a domestic chaplain to Queen Elizabeth.
