David John Watt (born 6 January 1978 in Townsville Queensland) is an Australian international motorcycle speedway rider who rides for the Lakeside Hammers in England where his is currently the team captain WTS Wrocław in Poland and Lejonen in Sweden. He won the Queensland state championship in 2005 and was a member of the Australian team that finished second to Poland in the 2011 World Cup Final on 16 July at the Edward Jancarz Stadium in Poland scoring 3 of Australia’s 45 points.
