Danish Committee for Aid to Afghan Refugees (DACAAR) (Danish: Den danske komité for hjælp til afghanske flygtninge) is a non-governmental non-profit apolitical humanitarian organisation which has been working in Afghanistan for the last 25 years. It currently employs around 700 people of which 98% are local Afghans. Its core activities are water and sanitation projects and rural development activities.
