Daniel ‘Dan’ Morrisey was a fictional character in the defunct Channel 4 soap opera Brookside. He was a boyfriend of Ruth Smith until it came to light that he had been abusing her son Luke. Dan Morrisey is no relation to the Brookside character Susannah Morrisey.
